Rose Mary Educational Trust is a premier institution registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. Located on Malout Road in Balluana, Bathinda, Punjab (151001), our trust is dedicated to fostering educational excellence and skill development in a serene, pollution-free environment. As an authorized Project Implementing Agency (PIA) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) and the Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM), & Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission (HSRLM) we are committed to delivering skill development and placement-linked training programs at our Bathinda training center. Our initiatives are designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in today’s competitive job market. We proudly serve as a Training Partner for several esteemed government projects, including Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY3.0 &4.0). Our training center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a well-developed Information Centre, Audio-Visual Lab, workshops, a captive power generator, playgrounds, and reliable internet and telephone services. We prioritize the health and comfort of our students, providing a conducive atmosphere for learning that is free from the distractions of urban life. Under the leadership of Mr. Gagan Kalra, the Director of the Trust, and Mr. Ajay Singla, the authorized signatory, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through education and skill development, paving the way for a brighter future.

Our current projects focus on empowering youth through skill development and livelihood enhancement schemes supported by the government.
The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is a skill training and placement program for rural youth in India, focusing on wage employment. It aims to transform rural poor youth into a globally relevant and economically independent workforce. The program is implemented by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) with support from state governments and technical agencies.
The National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), also known as DAY-NULM, is a flagship program of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation. It aims to reduce poverty and vulnerability among urban poor households by providing opportunities for self-employment and skilled wage employment through skill training and micro-enterprise assistance.
The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a flagship skill certification scheme launched by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. Its objective is to empower Indian youth by providing industry-relevant skill training to improve livelihoods. It also recognizes prior learning and is fully government funded.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gagan Kalra has been defined by a passion for innovation, a commitment to operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style that empowers others to succeed. He has successfully led cross-functional initiatives, managed budgets, and navigated complex organizational changes. Mr. Gagan Kalra takes pride in aligning departmental goals with the overall business strategy while cultivating a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Mr. Ajay Singla joined the Rose Mary Educational Trust in 2019 as an Authorized Signatory, bringing with him over seven years of valuable experience in the education sector. In his role, he is responsible for representing the Trust in official, financial, and legal matters, leveraging his comprehensive understanding of compliance, corporate governance, and operational procedures. With a robust background in regulatory requirements, operational processes, and risk management practices, Mr. Singla plays a pivotal role in executing financial and legal documents. He also contributes to strategic decision-making by ensuring that all commitments and transactions align with the Trust's objectives and uphold its ethical standards. Mr. Ajay Singla is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in every transaction he oversees. As an Authorized Signatory, he collaborates closely with internal departments, external partners, government authorities, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless operations and ensure transparent representation of the Trust. Before joining the Rose Mary Educational Trust, Mr. Singla earned an MBA from Chandigarh University, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
